Kasha (Millet porridge)


1 cup millet; 1 cup water; 2 cups milk; 1 tbsp. sugar; 1/2 tsp. salt; 2 tbsp. butter; 1 egg.

Put some millet into the pot. Pour the mixed hot milk and water. Add salt and sugar according to taste. Cook 10-15 minutes. Beat up an unboiled egg and put it into casha. Cover and bake at 435F (225C) for 20 minutes. Serve it with melted butter. Have a nice breakfast!
