1.1lb (0,5 kg) fresh mushrooms (sliced);
6-8 potatoes (peeled, straw);
2 onions (chopped);
2 Tbsps vegetable oil;
salt to taste
Cook mushrooms in hot skillet with some oil and water until the mushrooms are soft and tender. Meanwhile fry potatoes with some oil in hot skillet until par-cooked. Add mushrooms, onions, salt. Saute for 10 minutes.
