1/2 medium pumpkin;
0.2lb (100g) raisin;
0.1lb (50g) French plums;
0.1lb (50g) dried apricot;
4 Tbsp sugar
Hull pumpkin, remove seeds then dice. Put all ingredients into a large pot; pour hot water over ingredients and place in a hot oven 320-360F (160-180C) for 50-60 minutes.
